 - Deep programming experience ,one or more of Java, C, C++ on Unix environments

 - Deep knowledge of metadata systems as well as data flow systems

 - Experience in delivering bullet-proof systems that must run 24x365.25 

- Good knowledge of RDBMS systems as well as Hadoop 

- Working knowledge of workflow schedulers and data flow engines

 - Nice to have: experience in developing domain specific languages for systems

 - some compiler / programming language background would be highly desirable
