 -The candidate should have done B.E/B.TECH with Electronics

-Communication/Commuter-science/Aero, MTec with Avionics is preferable. 

-Experience of 1-3 years in software development 

 -Strong programming skills on C and C++ languages 

 -Candidate must portray strong problem solving skills.

 -Should have the ability to multi-task -Should be self-motivated and able to work with little supervision

 -Should exhibit good Knowledge of Operating System concepts 

 -Should possess excellence communication skills 

 -Avionics knowledge, Configuration Management like PVCS, DO-178B understanding and SDLC knowledge.

 Job Description:

 -As a Software Engineer, the candidate should have clear understanding on engineering process.

 -Solves clearly defined problems that are limited to assignment work area.

 -Use of new techniques is often required in problem solutions. Evaluates and recommends technical solutions based on standard or accepted technical practices. 

 -Assignments are broader in nature, requiring originality and ingenuity in applying technical solutions. 

 -Applies and/or develops advanced technologies. 

-Impacts business opportunities through successful completion of tasks and projects and through suggestions for improvement in products and processes. 

-Plans projects for cost and scheduling in area of guidance.
